We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help with a policy that keeps parents’ peace of mind in focus.
Domestic Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible domestic orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. You can choose a refund, an exchange, or store credit — whichever works best for you.
Please note:
- International orders, personalised or made-to-order products, and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifted items from domestic orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must include the original order number and proof of purchase.
What’s eligible for return?
- Items ordered within India
- Products that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Return request raised within 7 days of receiving your order
What’s not eligible?
- Personalised, made-to-order or sale items
- International shipments
- Feeding bottles, pacifiers
- Complimentary gifts or promotional products
How to initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at care@tebynedy.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number and the product(s) you wish to return
- Whether you’d like an exchange, refund, or store credit
- If it’s an exchange, your replacement preference
- A brief reason for return
- Clear photos of the item
- Pickup address and contact number
Our team will get back to you within 3–5 working days.
What happens next?
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pick-up in 2–4 business days. It usually takes 7–10 days for the item to reach our warehouse. After a quality check, we’ll proceed with the exchange or refund.
For approved returns:
- Exchanged items are shipped out within 1–2 working days after inspection and should reach you in 3–7 days (domestic orders).
- Refunds and store credits are issued within 10–14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.
What if the product arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving it at care@tebynedy.com. Attach photos and mention the issue clearly along with the details listed above.
Received a gift and want to exchange?
No problem. If the product is eligible and you have the order number or proof of purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
A few quick notes:
- All credits and updates will be sent to the email ID used at the time of purchase.
- Replacements depend on stock availability — if something’s out of stock, we’ll offer you store credit.
- We can’t process exchanges or refunds until the product has passed a quality check at our warehouse.
- Need a replacement urgently? We recommend placing a fresh order while your return is in progress.
